2009 Testing

Welcome to Heritage Oak Testing! This year we will be using the Iowa test (Iowa Test of Educational Development) for Math, Reading and Language Arts. This is a 1-day test, which will start promptly at 9am (so be there by 8:45am) and end around noon. We are testing Grades 3 - 12. The cost for each child testing is $50 if we receive your registration by March 1, 2009. After March 1 the cost is $60 per child. NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MARCH 31, 2009.

Testing will be held at Family Christian Chapel located at 10365 Old St. Augustine Road, Jacksonville, FL 32256. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT FAMILY CHRISTIAN CHAPEL FOR INFORMATION OR DIRECTIONS...THIS IS SIMPLY OUR TESTING SITE...FAMILY CHRISTIAN CHAPEL IS NOT SPONSORING THE TEST.
